Appointment of Officers:

Seven municipal partners are our shareholders, appointing representative/representatives as a proxy to vote on behalf of their share. Shareholder representatives are subject to annual appointment by their member communities with the exception that representatives will be appointed to serve their full municipal term as their community’s shareholder representative.
